PURPOSE: To obtain a therapeutic agent for heart and circulatory organ diseases having a long acting time obtd. by adding a nitroxyamine deriv. containing a novel compd.
CONSTITUTION: A compd. represented by the formula [wherein R1 is H, a 1-8C alkyl, a 3-8C cycloalkyl, a 3-8C cycloalkenyl or an aminocarbonyl; R2 is H, a 1-8c alkyl, a 3-8C cycloalkyl or a 3-8C cycloalkenyl; R1 and R2 form up to 6C alicyclic ring along with N to be bonded; A is volency bond or a 1-8C alkylene; B is a 1-8 alkylene; and X is NR3-CO or CO-NR3 (R3 is H, a 1-6C alkyl or, when X is NR3-CO, N and one C of a form a 4-6C heterocyclic ring)], for example, 2-amino-N-(2-methyl-3-nitroxy-pent-2-yl)-acetic amide is contained. In the compd. represented by the formula, compds. other than a compd. wherein X is NH-CO or CO-NR3 and R1 and R2 are H are novel compds.
