Abstract:

To provide a thermal conductive sheet having flexibility and high thermal conductivity, and to provide a method for producing the same.

The thermal conductive sheet is obtained by subjecting a composition comprising 100 pts.mass of a chlorinated polyethylene and 400-730 pts.mass of graphite having an average particle diameter of 15-600 μm to rolling molding, and has a thickness of 0.1-2.0 mm. The thermal conductive sheet is obtained by subjecting the composition after kneading to rolling molding so that the thickness becomes 0.1-2.0 mm. Alternatively, the thermal conductive sheet having a thickness of 0.5-2.0 mm may be obtained by preparing thin layer sheets each having a thickness of 0.1-0.5 mm by the above process and then subjecting a laminate comprising a plurality of the thin layer sheets to hot press molding or rolling molding.
