Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal head capable of reducing the possibility that migration occurs in a second electrode.SOLUTION: A thermal head X1 includes: a substrate; a heating part 9 provided on the substrate; a first electrode provided on the substrate and electrically connected with the heating part 9; and a second electrode positioned between the heating part 9 and the first electrode and electrically connecting the heating part 9 with the first electrode. The second electrode includes: a narrow electrode part which is narrower than a width of the heating part 9, the narrow electrode where one end is electrically connected with a center part of the heating part 9 when viewed in an arrangement direction of the heating part 9 and the other end is electrically connected with the first electrode; and a bypass part which is provided separated from the narrow electrode part, the bypass part where one end is electrically connected with the heating part 9 and the other end is electrically connected with the first electrode.
