Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erase an uneven pattern of a printing section left in a transfer sheet after transferring a protective layer to a body to be transferred.SOLUTION: A thermal transfer system 10 includes: a winding section 21 which winds a transfer sheet 13 after transferring a protective layer 3 to a body 14 to be transferred; and a heater 22 which is provided in the vicinity of the winding section 21 so as to heat a support layer 1 of the transfer sheet 13. The support layer 1 of the transfer sheet 13 is heated by the heater 22, the support layer 1 is thermally shrunk so as to form a new wrinkle, and an uneven shape of a printing section 14a left in the support layer is erased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
