Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect by a simple configuration, that coolant has been appropriately sprayed from a spray nozzle.SOLUTION: A heat treatment apparatus 1 comprises: a rotary shaft part 30 which supports a workpiece 2 and is provided with a spray nozzle 35 which sprays coolant to the workpiece 2; and a fixed part 31 which is provided with a supply port 38 and a discharge port 41 of coolant; and a connection part 32 which connects the fixed part 31 and the rotary shaft part 30 relatively rotatably. A supply path F communicating from the supply port 38 to the spray nozzle 35 and a discharge path f branched from the supply path F inside the rotary shaft part 30 and communicating to the discharge port 41 are formed inside the fixed part 31, the rotary shaft part 30, and connection part 32, and the apparatus further comprises a detection part 26 which detects flow of coolant discharged from the discharge port 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
