Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module capable of relaxing the stress occurring in a thermoelectric conversion element and an electrode during operation of the thermoelectric conversion module.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion module includes a ceramic substrate having a metal film on each side, multiple P type and N type thermoelectric conversion elements bonded to multiple ceramic substrates while being sandwiched, and some of which are electrically connected, respectively. Gaps are formed in at least one of the multiple ceramic substrates, and the metal films formed on the opposite sides thereof, and the gap formed in the ceramic substrate is smaller than the gap formed in the metal film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
