Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material having a low heat conductivity and stable at high temperature, and to provide a thermoelectric conversion module using the same.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion material contains a particulate mother material 101, fine grains 102 composed of a guest material distributed in the particulate mother material, and a binder 103 composed of a guest material existing in the particulate mother material. The binder is less than amount of fine grains, the particulate mother material is more than the total amount of fine grains, and the semiconductor and guest material do not form a compound by eutectic reaction, eutectoid reaction, peritectic reaction, eutectoid reaction, eccentric reaction, or segregation reaction, but exist in separated state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
