Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to expand a displaying image at an arbitrary magnification with an arbitrary position as the center by setting the center and the amplitude of scanning in the vertical direction, and generating sampling pulses based on a synchronizing signal for scanning in the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:A vertical-zoom-center-position command signal (a) and a vertical-zoom-amplitude command signal (b) are supplied to a vertical scanner driver 9 through terminals 9a and 9c. The central position of the scanning in the vertical direction can be arbitrarily set by the vertical zoom-center- position command signal. The amplitude in the vertical direction can be arbitrarily set by the vertical-zoom-amplitude command signal. A horizontal synchronizing signal which is synchronized with the rising of a sine-wave horizontal driving signal is obtained in a horizontal scanner driver 11. The horizontal synchronizing signal from the horizontal scanner driver 11 is supplied into a window-timing generating circuit 17. The window-timing generating circuit 17 determines the range of a scope for display and forms the window timing signal.
