To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition which gives a molded item having a surface excellent in scratch resistance and which is excellent in softness, heat resistance, low-temperature characteristics, weatherability, strengths, and moldability.
This elastomer composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. polyester elastomer, (b) 3-100 pts.wt. modified polymer having carboxylic acid groups or derivative groups thereof or having epoxy groups or derivative groups thereof, and (c) 10-900 pts.wt. polypropylene mixture comprising (c-1) 10-60 wt.% polypropylene polymer (containing at least 85 wt.% propylene units) and (c-2) 40-90 wt.% ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber, provided that the average particle size of the ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber dispersed in the mixture is 2 μm or lower and that the mixture has a flexural modulus of 20-700 MPa, a Shore D hardness of 20-60, and a melt flow rate of 10-60 g/10 min.
