In the thermoplastic elastomer composition consisting essentially of (C) a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing 80 to 20 wt.% monomer component comprising (B) an aromatic vinyl monomer or the aromatic vinyl monomer and the other vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith in the presence of (A) 20 to 80 wt.% rubbery polymer and having 5 to 300% graft rate and 0.05 to 3.0 dL/g intrinsic viscosity [] of a non-grafted component and (D) a styrene-based elastomer and 1,2-polybutadiene, rubber particles dispersed in the composition have 0.06 to 2.00 m average particle diameter and a boundary part between the (C) and (D) in the composition has 0.01 to 0.20 m average thickness.
