Abstract:
PURPOSE: To restrain curl and improve the adhsive strength of laminated parts of the winding beginning end and the winding finishing end by laminating two base films through a heat resisting adhesive layer, and providing a thermosensible adhesive layer on the easy adhesion treated layer of the one film.
CONSTITUTION: In a thermosensible label which is wound all-around on an aluminum tube previously heated over the activation temperature of a thermosensible adhesive and laminated at the end parts, two same base films 2a, 2b provided with easy adhesion treated layers 1a, 1b on respective one sides are used. A printing layer 3 is provided on the opposite face of the fitted face with the easy adhesion treated layer 1a of the one base film 2a, the printing layer 3 face is confronted to the opposite face of the fitted face with the easy adhesion treated layer 1b of the other base film 2b, and hence both base films 2a, 2b are laminated through a heat resisting adhesive layer 4, and a thermosensible adhesive layer 5 is provided on the one easy adhesion treated layer 1b. Namely the base films 2a, 2b and the easy adhesion treated layers 1a, 1b are provided on both sides, putting the heat resisting adhesive layer 4 positioned in the nearly center of the section as the boundary.
