PURPOSE: To make minute processing and assembling possible at low cost simply, to make a sheet flexible, and to enable the miniaturization of elements and devices, by making particulates of specific size out of thermosensible magnetic material which changes its magnetization against temperature, scattering them in macromolecules.
CONSTITUTION: 11 is macromolecule binder, and 12 are particulates of thermosensible magnetic material. These particulates 12 are 0.05 to 50μm in size, are made out of thermosensible magnetic material which changes its magnetization against temperature sure as an FeRh alloy with 48 to 54 atomic % of Rh composition, Mn-Zn, Ni-Zn ferrite, an FeNi magnetic shunt alloy, etc., and are scattered in the macromolecule binder 11.
