To provide a thin-film photoelectric conversion module, which employs a hybrid structure having an intermediate reflection layer and which can easily realize high output characteristics.
The thin-film photoelectric conversion module 1 comprises a plurality of hybrid thin-film photoelectric conversion cells 10, which are connected serially on a transparent substrate 2. Each cell 10 comprises a transparent front face electrode layer 3, thin-film photoelectric conversion unit 4a comprising an amorphous photoelectric conversion layer, intermediate reflection layer 5 having conductivity, light permeability, and light reflective property, a thin-film photoelectric conversion unit 4b comprising a crystalline photoelectric conversion layer, and a rear face electrode layer 6. A separation recess 21 having an opening in the upper surface of the intermediate reflection layer 5 and a bottom face formed on the upper surface of the transparent substrate 2, and a connection recess 23 are disposed adjacent to each other.
