PURPOSE: To supply a thin keyboard and spacer forming method which can arbitrarily set an operation position and pressing force in a keyboard used as a means inputting information in a various information processor.

CONSTITUTION: A thin keyboard which has two FP wiring boards 21 where conductor patterns 24 including contact points 23 are formed, and a switch element 3 consisting of an insulating spacer 32 laid between the FP wiring boards 21, in which one FP wiring board 21 is bent when a place where the contact point 23 is formed is depressed, and to which the contact points 23 confronted through the holes provided for the spacer 32 touch each other is formed by foaming plastic having flexibility.
