PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-configured thin-skin removal device.SOLUTION: A thin-skin removal device of the present invention includes: a movement mechanism that moves ground coffee powder in a traveling direction by using vibrations; an air jet part that emits a jet of air in the direction of crossing the ground coffee powder moving in the traveling direction; and a separation part that is provided in a jet destination of the jetted air to separate a removal object transported by the air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
