Abstract:
PURPOSE: To guarantee an accuracy of a member to be sawn and to relieve a disadvantage of a prior art by holding a relative position of a thread saw guide cylinder directed toward a member to be sawn constantly by a compensating unit to be controlled by a detector for measuring the position.
CONSTITUTION: The thread sawing machine is placed on a member 14 to be sawn and comprises a flet saw frame 15 easy to be moved by itself in a continuous or alternate motion to be supported by a plurality of thread saw guide cylinders 1. The relative positions of the cylinders 1 directed toward the member 14 to be sawn are held constantly by a compensating unit controlled by a position detector 5 for measuring a position. That is, the position is continuously measured by the detector 5 connected to the compensating unit for maintaining the cylinders 1 at fixed positions to give a unit for allowing control of the positions of the cylinders 1 to the sawing machine.
