Abstract:
To provide a rolling flat die which can be easily engaged with a work-piece.SOLUTION: A rolling flat die, which is moved in a rolling direction relatively to a work-piece, and performs finish rolling of a tooth formed on an outer peripheral surface of the work-piece, comprises plural chamfer teeth in which a tooth width direction is orthogonal to the rolling direction and which are located on a chamfer part at equal intervals in the rolling direction, and the plural chamfer teeth comprise a pair of engagement teeth which are so located as to be separated from each other by a prescribed distance and a chamfer tooth between the pair of engagement teeth. This rolling flat die further comprises a removal part which is so formed that a tooth length and a tooth thickness are small over the tooth width direction for the pair of engagement teeth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
