Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the title apparatus effective in improving the density of warp and weft, by forming an opening with the 1st and the 3rd yarns radially and alternately stretched from a core material, delivering the 2nd yarn from a shuttle running through the opening and winding the 2nd yarn around the core material by required number of steps to form a circumferential yarn. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of shuttles are transferred through a fixed opening formed with the 1st yarn group radially stretched from a core material and through an opening formed with the 3rd yarn group disposed alternate with the 1st yarn group. The 2nd yarn delivered from the shuttle is wound around the outer circumference of the core material as a circumferential yarn to form a desired number of steps at a time. The density of warp and weft can be increased and the introduction and discharge of the shuttle into the guide path can be facilitated because the shuttle guide vertically moves corresponding to the motion of a number of healds performing the opening motion of the 3rd yarn group while the shuttle is present in the guide path, changes its position during the insertion of the circumferential yarn and proceeds the weaving of a three-dimensional fabric.
