PURPOSE: To easily constitute a rotary electric machine having a required performance at a low cost by using a stator core in which 3n magnetic poles perpendicularly erected on the outer periphery of a disc section at regular pitches are formed of a magnetic material.
CONSTITUTION: A bearing 5a is fitted in a hole 1a formed through the central part of a stator core K and another bearing 5b is fitted in a hole 4a formed through the central part of an end plate 4. Magnetic poles 2 are formed by respectively putting bobbins 3a wound with exciting windings 3 on 3n projecting sections erected at regular pitches in the core K. A rotor R is mounted with a back yoke 7 which becomes a rotor hub carrying permanent magnets 8 fixed to the surface of the yoke 7. One end 6a of a rotating shaft 6 is inserted into the bearing 5a fitted to the end plate 4 and the other end 6b is inserted into the bearing 5b. In addition, the projecting round end sections of the magnetic poles 2 of the core K are inserted into small circular-arcuated holes formed through the end plate 4 and fixing the round end sections by bending the section when it is required under the design condition of a rotary electric machine. Thus the basic assembly of the electric machine is completed.
