A pressure chamber recessed part 8 facing a downstream area B from an upstream area A of a throttle valve 3, is recessed outside the throttle body 1. In a bottom part 8a of the pressure chamber recessed part 8, a negative pressure hole 9 for a pressure sensor turning to the intake passage 2a on the downstream side of the throttle valve 3, is bored, and the purge hole 10 turning to an intake passage 2 on the upstream side of the throttle valve 3 is bored. An opening to the pressure chamber recessed part 8 of the purge hole 10, is blocked up by a plug 13. An opening of the pressure chamber recessed part 8 is blocked up by a blocking-up member 6 having the pressure sensor 5, and a purge passage 14 continuing with a canister 15, is connected to the purge hole 10.
