Abstract:
To provide a miniaturized throttle device.SOLUTION: A throttle device includes a throttle valve 2, a throttle shaft 3, a throttle gear 11 and a resin holder 19. The throttle valve 2 is fixed to the throttle shaft 3. The resin throttle gear 11 includes a metal plate 12 joined to one end of the throttle shaft 3 by friction stir welding. The resin holder 19 is welded to the throttle gear 11 and covers a friction stir weld part which connects the throttle shaft 3 to the metal plate 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
