Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the handling of a thyristor device by dispersively disposing anode reactors in a necessary inductance unit, thereby increasing the degree of freedom of designing the device. CONSTITUTION:A reactor 2-3, thyristors 1-1, 1-2, a reactor 2-4, thyristors 1-3, 1-4, a reactor 2-5 and thyristors 1-5, 1-6 are connected in series with each other. In this case, the reactors 2-4, 2-5 are disposed so that the floating capacity of the thyristors 1-1-1-6 becomes the prescribed value or lower, and the inductance is selected so that the discharging current due to the floating capacity becomes the rising rate or lower of the current allowable to them. Further, the reactor 2-3 has an inductance of the difference between the inductance value necessary as a while to equilibrate the transient voltage load and the inductance value of the sum of the reactors 2-4 and 2-5.
