Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the continuous carrying of tiles with a belt conveyor by enabling the going forward and backward of the belt conveyor onto/from the carrying surface of a roller conveyor along the carrying direction of the belt conveyor with a specific timing.
CONSTITUTION: When tiles (a) are transferred from a belt conveyor to a roller conveyor 7, during the time from the lowering of a vertical movement part 12 of a belt of a third conveyor 4 to the lower surface of the carrying surface of the roller conveyor 7 to the return thereof to the top surface of the carrying surface, the tiles (a) carried by the belt conveyor 1 are stocked by a stock member 14. When the vertical movement part 12 of the belt of the third belt conveyor 4 is raised, the tiles (a) stocked on the stock member 14 are immediately transferred onto the vertical movement part 12, and the carrying of the tiles (a) by the belt conveyor 1 is performed continuously. Continuous carrying of the tiles (a) by the belt conveyor 1 is thereby enabled, and the tiles (a) are supplied without losing the time.
