To provide a time management system that enables employee attendance management or man-hour management in a company or the like with the use of a single portable and easily available device per person, and has a function of minimizing omission of recording, a dishonesty prevention function of preventing all manipulation and dishonest input, and a function of enabling an irregular worker such as a temporary employee to accurately input work data or the like only by the loading/removal operation of a recording medium without giving attention to the specification of a work type.
A station code is assigned to each card station terminal 20 installed in a place of work or the like. The electronic recording medium 10 carried by an individual and removably loadable into the card station terminal 20 has a recording part for recording the time of loading into the card station terminal 20 as the clock-in time or starting work time and the time of removal from the card station terminal 20 as the clock-out time or ending work time.
