Abstract:
PURPOSE: To report the contents of work instruction to an employee concerned by preparing work schedules of a day concerned in advance while a manager selects only necessary work plan schedules based on work plan schedules offered by respective employees themselves.
CONSTITUTION: A time zone capable of working is offered for each date by writing the time zone in a card T for registration recorded with an ID code T1 in marks Ta-Tn, the work plan schedules of respective employees are stored individually in data areas of respective employees by inserting these cards T for registration to a time recorder, the work schedule of the work day concerned is prepared by calling these stored work plan schedules of respective employees and listing up only the required data and on the other hand, a message showing the work instruction for the employee concerned is displayed on the display of the time recorder at the time of usual printing and reported.
