Title:
TIMER HAVING ELECTRIC AND ACOUSTIC TRANSDUCER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3450528
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide acoustic intensity which is generated more largely by displacement of glass, at the time of applying the exciting signal to an electrode of a piezoelectric device, than by a known timer, by using an electric and acoustic transducer in a timer.
SOLUTION: A glass 8 of a timer 1 of a piezoelectric device 9 is connected to a mechanical device 3, and the piezoelectric device 9 is arranged so as to be deformed for bending in response to the exciting signal to be applied to an electrode. The glass 8, attachment band areas 9a, 9b to the mechanical device 3 of this device 9 are separately arranged in a view of the timer from a direction vertical to a main flat surface of the device 9.
