Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a machine for manufacturing tires on a core from the start of assembling the tires to the time of vulcanization.
CONSTITUTION: This tire assembling system comprises a tire assembly station 2 including the means to produce green tires by fitting various constituent elements on a support according to the order and the position to be decided by a tire structure, a vulcanization station 3, a support handling station 4 and a bracket 7 for moving a core 1 between the stations 2, 3, 4.
