To provide a tire condition measurement system capable of measuring an internal pressure of a tire wheel assembly of a wider range while suppressing increase of cost.
The tire condition measurement system includes a temperature measurement device 10 for measuring a temperature of the inside of the tire wheel assembly 1 in which the pneumatic tire 52 is assembled to a rim wheel 50; and an internal pressure measurement device for measuring an air pressure. The temperature measurement device 10 has a temperature detection part for detecting a temperature at the inside of the tire wheel assembly 1, and the internal pressure measurement device has a first pipe part 24 communicated with the inside of the tire wheel assembly 1; a second pipe part 26 connected to the first pipe part 24 and communicated with the first pipe part 24; and a pressure gauge 22 connected to the second pipe part 26 and detecting the internal pressure. The first pipe part 24 and the second pipe part 26 are connected to be rotatable along with the rolling of the tire wheel assembly 1 on a road surface.
