Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a tire, having excellent abrasion and cutting resistance and useful for heavy-load trucks and buses, by using a tread prepared from a rubber composition obtained by blending specific butadiene rubber with natural rubber and specific carbon black. CONSTITUTION:The aimed tire obtained by blending (A) a rubber composition consisting of (i) butadiene rubber with 50-80% trans-1,4-bond content and (ii) natural rubber at 5/95-70/30 weight ratio with (B) carbon black having >=120m<2>/g nitrogen adsorption specific surface area and using a tread consisting of the resultant composition. Furthermore, the amount of the blended component (B) is preferably 40-70 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component (A).
