Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the correction processing of a tire vulcanizing mold when the sipe finely dividing a tread land part is formed from a knife blade.
SOLUTION: When the knife blade 12 for finely dividing a tread land part is connected to a sub-projection 9 forming a sub-groove 8, the thickness of the knife blade 12 is 0.3-1.2mm and the thickness of the sub-projection 9 is larger than that of the blade by 0.2-1.0mm and a notch part 15 is formed to the connection edge part of the knife blade 12 with the sub-projection 9 and the depth of the notch part 15 is set to 0.5mm or more and the length thereof is set to 0.5mm or more.
