Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium oxide coating method capable of making a crystal structure of titanium oxide strongly adhere to a woven fiber and capable of applying coatings excellent in weatherability, wear resistance and the like.SOLUTION: A coating method for titanium oxide (2) in this invention includes coating titanium oxide (2) not only on the surface and rear face of a woven fiber (1) but also until internal fibers by ejecting titanium oxide (2) with such a high pressure as penetrating into a rear face side of the woven fiber (1) from the surface side thereof using a high-pressure ejector (4) without blocking off the rear face side stretched using a fixture (3). Besides, a mechanically woven chemical fiber is used as the woven fiber (1), and titanium oxide having an anatase type crystal is used as the titanium oxide (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
