Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a handling robot by which alone an operation in which a work is supplied to a second press machine after the work is pressed by a first press machine and inversed its front and rear sides is carried out.

CONSTITUTION: The work W on a lower die 8 of the first press machine M1 is sucked by the vacuum cup 11 of the handling robot R11, inversed its front and rear sides and faced between the upper and lower dies 12 and 10 of the second press machine M2. The work W which is sucked by the vacuum cup 11 is sucked by a vacuum cup 15 provided on the upper die 12 of the second press machine M2, is released from the vacuum cup 11 and pressed by the second press machine M2.
