Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a cleaner for effectively removing dust stuck to a filter element by air without detriment to the human body or atmospheric environment. CONSTITUTION:A rotation mechanism 21 is installed inside a case body 11 closed. The rotation mechanism 21 causes a receiving body 24 in the shape of a cone which is freely rotatably fitted in a shaft 23 and a retaining body 28 which is vertically moved by an air cylinder 25 and is freely rotatable to close both end openings of a filter element E. Air is blown to a blade part 31 formed integrally into the receiving body 24 from an air nozzle for rotation 32 to turn the receiving body 24. When air is blown inside the filter element E from an inside air nozzle 35, dust rises from inside a longitudinal groove of the filter element E by the air pressure. The dust is blown out by air jetted from an outside air nozzle 41 which is vertically moved by an air actuator 47 and recovered by a dust collecting mechanism to discharge only clean air to the outside.
