PURPOSE: To ensure vibration tightening and solidifying and reduce the noise of vibration by a method wherein molding process is automated by pressing fresh concrete with a given pressure at all times during vibrating a press board and the vibration of a vibrator in the press board is prevented from being propagated to a frame.

CONSTITUTION: A table 4, equipped with a vibrator 5, is supported below a frame 1 through a vibration insulator 3, an elevating device 23 is provided above the frame 1, a press board 32, equipped with the vibrator 5 and hung from the elevating device 23 through a tension buffer, is opposed elevatably to the table 4, the lock device 19 of a mold frame 18 is mounted on the table 4 and the pressurizing device 34 for concrete is mounted on the press board 32.
