PURPOSE: To lessen the difference in output error between plural driving circuit devices for making series-to-parallel conversion of video signals.

CONSTITUTION: This driving circuit device has plural signal sample hold circuits 4a to 4n which sequentially sample hold the levels of input signals, plural signal output circuits 6a to 6n which respectively generate the voltage outputs meeting the respective holding levels of these plural signal sample hold circuits 4a to 4n, plural reference level sample hold circuits 3a, 3b which are arranged on both sides of at least the plural signal sample hold circuits 4a to 4n and sample hold the reference levels, plural sample value output circuits 5a, 5b which respectively generate the voltage outputs meeting the respective holding levels of the plural reference level sample hold circuits 3a, 3b and an output error correcting circuit 7A which corrects the respective output levels of the plural signal output circuits in accordance with the level differences between the average values of the respective outputs of the plural sample value output circuits 5a, 5b and the reference levels. Then, the level differences of the output errors between the driving circuit devices are decreased.
