PURPOSE: To realize high speed and low noise conveyance by a simple mechanism by rotating a pipe roller while moving the shaft of a pipe roller to flow direction of a conveyer.
CONSTITUTION: The shaft 6 of a pipe roller 1 is fixed to a conveyer chain 9 using a fixing metallic tool 8 and a bolt 7. A bush 3 which is in contact with a rail 4 fixed on a frame 5 is freely coupled with the shaft 6, and a bush 2 which is coupled on both ends of a pipe 1 is coupled around the outer periphery of the bush 3. While the shaft 6 is moved by circulating movement of a conveyer chain 9 caused by a proper driving source, the pipe 1 is rotated by rotation of the bush 3 which is frictionally engaged with the rail 4. By the above mentioned method, high speed conveyance is possible with low noise, and a simple mechanism.
