PURPOSE: To perform the uniform and concentrated dyeing treatment of a cloth in a low bathing ratio and in a short time by treating the cloth in a circulation passage comprising an inner tank and cross pipes, a main reel and jetting nozzles, each being disposed above the inner tank, and many fine pipes being arranged in the inner tank in parallel at solution- passable intervals.
CONSTITUTION: The device for dyeing a belt-like cloth such as cylindrical knitted fabric into a concentrated color is characterized by obliquely disposing an inner tank 2, in which many fine pipes are arranged in the shape of a ship in parallel at solution-passable intervals, in the lower part of a tank main body 1, disposing a main reel 6 and cross pipes 7 communicated with a liquid box 28 above the rear part of the inner tank, and further connecting rotary pipes 8 capable of being oscillated to the rear ends of the pipes 7 through a liquid box 29 for the formation of a circulation passage. A cloth 17 produced in an endless state is dropped from the tips of the pipes 8 into the inner tank 2 together with a dyeing solution and then transferred to the rear end of the inner tank. The dyeing solution it simultaneously flows out through the intervals of the inner tank 2 into an outer tank 24 and subsequently circulates in the liquid boxes 28, 39 through a pump 27. The cloth 17 is forward transferred together with the flow of the dyeing solution through a jetting nozzle 33 formed in the liquid box 28, thereby performing the uniform circulation treatment of the cloth 17.
