Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a solid oily cosmetic capable of being cast into containers because of exhibiting excellent flowability when heated and melted, free from an oily touch or appearance such as a sticky touch or an oily luster, and giving powdery finishes.

CONSTITUTION: The solid oily cosmetic containing 60-85wt.% of a powdery substance is characterized in that ≥20wt.% of the powdery substance is a surface-treated powdery substance having an oil absorption of 5i35 and that the cosmetic exhibits excellent flowability when heated and charged into containers.
