Abstract:
PURPOSE:To more exactly decide a specific original by providing a means for changing over the parameter of a signal processing circuit for deciding the specific original. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 201 identifies the kinds of input means 101, 104, 105 inputted with image data and determines the image decision processing method from plural kinds of the image decision processing methods in accordance with the identified kind. A specific original deciding circuit 205 decides the identity of the image data inputted according to the determined image decision processing method and the specific image. The data for deciding the specific original is changed over to the data for decision suitable for the input device in this way. The specific original is more exactly decided in this way.
