Abstract:
PURPOSE:To relieve the possibility of use of a cryptographic key in duplicate by discriminating whether or not the cryptographic key is in use in the past at reception and applying re-extraction request of the cryptographic key to the sender side when the cryptographic key is used in the past. CONSTITUTION:A receiver side stores tentatively a cryptographic key offered from a temporary storage section 3 of a sender side into a temporary storage section 7, a discrimination section 9 collates the content of the cryptographic key with the content of the cryptographic key used in the past stored in the storage section 10 and the discrimination section 9 sends a duplicate discrimination signal to a control section 8 when the content is the same as that used in the past. When the control section 8 can discriminate it that the signal is not an intercept signal and the opposite party desires communication with its own station depending on a receiver number or the like, the control section 8 sends a re-extraction request of the cryptographic key to an opposite party according to the duplicate discrimination signal offered from the discrimination section 9 in a radio wave. Thus, the cryptographic key existing in a range able to be intercepted as well as that between opposite stations is managed and the possibility of duplication is reduced.
