Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the operation efficiency of a data link layer terminator by distributing plural signal channels so as to uniformize loads applied to each data link layer terminator. CONSTITUTION:A traffic unit information reception means 100 receives traffic unit information representing the quantity of information sent/received via each signal channel 2d. A distribution control means 200 controls the distribution of the information sent via each signal channel 2d by a D channel distribution section 121 with respect to each data link layer terminator 122 based on the traffic unit information. A transfer information quantity measuring means 300 measures the transfer quantity of the information sent/received via each signal channel 2d. A distribution control means 400 controls the distribution of the information sent/received via each signal channel 2d by the D channel distributer 121 with respect to each data link layer terminator 122 based on the result of the measurement of the transfer information quantity measuring means 300.
