Abstract:
PURPOSE:To wash, dehydrate, and dry a mat, etc., continuously by arranging a rotary table each inside an outer can, and also, juxtaposing a washer and dehydrator, where an accommodation part for a mat, etc., is made at the periphery of the rotary table, and drier coaxially in series. CONSTITUTION:A mat used in a hospital, etc., is first carried in the carrying-in window 11 of the outer can in a washer and dehydrator 1 by being pressed with the arm 4 of an inserter 5 after being loaded on a table litter 3 in advance, and it is accommodated in a storage 8 forming one side of a rotary drum 7. Moreover, the mat is cleaned and dehydrated by discharging the water inside the outer can 6 after injecting water into the outer can 6 and besides, rotating the rotary drum 7 with a driver 10. Next, the mat is carried in through the carrying-in window of the outer can in a drier 2, and is accommodated in the storage 15 forming one side of the rotary drum 14. Furthermore, the mat is dried by blowing hot blast from a hot blast blowout port 16 while rotating the rotary drum 14 with a driver 18.
