Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a rotor magnet for preventing the damage of the magnet and peeling of adhesive due to thermal expansion.

CONSTITUTION: A shaft 1 is fixed to the center of an intermediary part by dividing. An outer periphery of the intermediary 3 is coated with adhesive. A V-shaped groove 6 deviated to the outer periphery of the intermediary 3 is engraved by a rotor magnet 2 set with a magnet wire.
