Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cupholder for an automobile which can hold a cup stably irrespective of their sizes.
CONSTITUTION: A cupholder which is so arranged as to be contained in an indoor wall such as an instrument panel for an automobile comprises an outer case 3, an inner case 4, and a holder frame 1 which is installed therein. The inner case 4 is provided with a cup holding hole 41 for insertedly holding a cup base and the holder frame 1 is provided with a base frame 11 which pivotally supports a cup base, and an upper frame 12 which is positioned upward of the inner case 4 and presses the side face of the cup. And time holder frame 1 is pivotally mounted in the inner case 4 so as to rotate freely.
