Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an atmospheric gas controller for a firing furnace in which dumped exhaust gas can be effectively used without adverse influence to firing conditions.

CONSTITUTION: The atmospheric gas controller for a firing furnace comprises an atmospheric gas circulating unit 4 in which atmospheric gas is introduced from the furnace 1. The unit 4 regulates components contained in exhaust gas G1 introduced from the furnace 1, regulates it to a temperature near a temperature in the furnace 1, and returns it as gas G2 into the furnace.
