Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus for feeding a soybean curd coagulant, capable of feeding powdery coagulant.
CONSTITUTION: The bottom lid 5 of a coagulant container 4 is fitted rotatably downward by a hinge 8 attached to a side wall 4a and a lock member 6 capable of keeping the bottom lid 5 in closed state by being engaged with open end 5b side of the bottom lid 5 is arranged and simultaneously, an electromagnet 7 for canceling engagement with the bottom lid 5 by attracting the lock member 6 is provided.
