Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new compd. useful for prevention and protection of cardiovascular diseases and stenocardia, as well as treatment of erection dysfunction.
CONSTITUTION: A compd. of formula I {A is formula II or III [X is -O-, -N(R2)- (R2 is H or 1-6C alkyl) or the like; Y is -S-, -S(c)- or the like; n is 2 or 3; R3 is a 1-6C alkyl] or the like}, such as 5,6-dihydro-4,4-dioxothieno[2,3- c][1,2,5]oxadiazole-1-oxide. The compd. of the formula I is obtained by oxidizing 1,2-dioxime of formula IV.
