Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a new photopolymerizable composition and a heat-curable adhesive obtained using the composition and having high adherence and sufficient heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises 30-95 pts.wt. acrylate monomer selected from alkyl (meth)acrylates in which each alkyl has 1-12 carbon atoms, 2-40 pts.wt. vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the above monomer, 0.5-50 pts.wt. another acrylate monomer selected from esters of epoxidized alcohols with (meth)acrylic acid, 5-100 pts.wt. epoxy resin containing no photopolymerizable groups, 0.01-5 pts.wt. photopolymerization initiator, and 0.1-10 pts.wt. thermal hardener for the epoxy resin. The sheet has a pressure- sensitive adhesive layer obtained from the composition and containing unreacted epoxy groups.
