Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a tire having a white rubber layer by providing a rubber layer with a specific tandelta and a specific stored elastic modulus on a tire side portion and forming a while rubber compound layer on top of the rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:A white rubber layer 1 formed on a side wall portion 11 is joined to the top of a rubber layer 2. This rubber layer 2 is formed by a rubber with a tandelta of 0.15 or less and a stored elastic modulus of 2.5MPa(megapascal) at the lowest. By this structure, the dynamic adhesive property of the while rubber layer can be improved preventing the breakage of the white rubber layer 1 under a high heat generating and high distortion conditions. Hence, the durability of a radial tire having a white rubber layer and a high flattening property can be improved.
