PURPOSE: To provide a timer apparatus which restricts the consuming power of a remote-controlled timer device, enables long-time backup by means of a battery and ensures booking of recording at all times.

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is constituted of a timer device main body 1 having at least a current time display part 5 and a current time counting part 4, a remote-controlled timer device 2 separate from the main body 1 which has at. least a current time display part 7, a current time counting part 6 and a data input means 8 capable of setting a current time data optionally, and data transmitting parts 10, 11 for transmitting at least the current time data of the remote-controlled timer device 2 to the main body timer device 1 so that the current time of the main body timer device 1 can be set optionally by the remote-controlled timer device 2.
